Koutsounari Traditional Cottages consist of small residential buildings and communities that extend throughout the village. The settlement is structured with respect to Cretan architecture and the natural environment. The simple forms, the primitive natural materials and the patina of time contribute to the authenticity. 

Each bungalow is designed in Cretan architectural style, built with local stone from Cretan craftsmen, each different from the previous. Every cottage holds a name that retrieves memories.
